Specifically, she represents individuals seeking Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy relief.  She has experience with each element of the process from 341 hearings to discharge. Nova also has experience in family law – divorce, dissolution, separation, custody, and support.

Additionally, Nova provides estate planning services. She has experience with each element of the process from wills, powers of attorneys, and trusts to probate litigation.
